SplashCandy
AI adoption and solution-build partner

AI works when your people know how to use it. That is where we start.

SplashCandy helps businesses understand AI, reduce the fear around it, and put it to work in ways that fit how you already operate. We assess where you stand, teach your people, consult on the decisions, integrate the tools, and build when the problem earns one.

You already run a real company. We help your people get comfortable with AI, see where it actually helps, and move at a pace that protects what already works.

Daisy is optional intake — available when you want a low-pressure first step. No name required.

The gap between AI existing and a business knowing how to use it well is the whole reason SplashCandy exists. Our goal is a team that can carry the work themselves.

About SplashCandy

You can see the work before you buy it.

See what the AI Readiness Assessment produces.

The assessment leaves the business with something concrete: what was looked at, what matters, where risk sits, and what to do next.

Executive summary What this business needs first, and why.
Findings Where readiness and friction are showing up.
Opportunities What is worth acting on now versus later.
Recommended next step One specific move you can act on.

Working builds you can try.

A lead-generation tool (in development), voice agents you can talk to, and automations that take the drag out of routine work. Each one exists because a specific business problem asked for it.

  • Built for specific problems, in use today
  • Privacy-safe examples you can explore

Training outlines, workflow reviews, and educational proof.

The work also includes plain-language guidance, workflow thinking, and materials people can actually use.

Most businesses start with one pressure point.

Assess

Find the real starting point before you commit to anything bigger.

The AI Readiness Assessment reviews readiness, workflow friction, risk, and opportunity, and shows where AI actually fits — so the first purchase is the right one.

Teach

Help people use AI well enough to trust it.

Build practical fluency through training, workshops, guided learning, and support that makes adoption stick.

Consult

Make better decisions before a bigger commitment.

Use advisory support when leadership needs clarity on priorities, vendors, responsible use, procurement, or the right direction to take.

Integrate

Connect useful tools to the way work already moves.

Improve workflows, reduce repetitive drag, and fit AI into the systems and habits the business already depends on.

Build

Create purpose-built support when off-the-shelf stops fitting.

Build applications, assistants, dashboards, portals, and business tools only when the problem is specific enough to justify the work.

Different businesses need different first steps — the situation matters more than the buzzword.

Team reality

Your team is experimenting, but nothing is sticking.

People are curious, but the work is inconsistent, the confidence is thin, and no one wants another tool that quietly dies.

Best next move: training and guided support.
Leadership call

You have an AI decision to make and want a second set of eyes.

Vendors are pitching, the board is asking, and the next commitment deserves a clear-eyed read before you sign anything.

Best next move: advisory support.
Workflow pressure

A process is slow, repetitive, or exposed, and you want something more useful.

The problem is specific enough to act on, but not simple enough to trust a rushed implementation or a generic fix.

Best next move: integration or build.

A good first conversation makes the next step clearer — it starts from the situation in front of you.

Start with Daisy. Bring the actual problem, the pressure behind it, and what the business cannot afford to get wrong.

A first step leaves you holding something. That might be a written assessment with an executive summary, findings, and one recommended next move — or a training outline you can hand to your team. AI can support the work. Human judgment still carries the decision.

Three ways to get oriented.

Daisy

Start with Daisy when the question is still fuzzy.

Daisy helps surface the real question so the next human conversation starts in the right place.

  • Good when the situation still feels fuzzy
  • Helps sort through what is actually being asked

Rose captures where the time actually goes, before anything changes.

Rose establishes your baseline — how long the work takes today — so you can see later whether it actually got faster.

  • Still no name or company required
  • Turns a vague problem into a measurable one
Meet Rose

Or skip the conversation and look at the work.

A lead-generation tool (in development). Voice agents. Audit trails. Automations that take the drag out of work your team already does.

  • Most engagements start with small automations
  • Custom builds when the problem earns one
See what we build

The questions people actually ask.

Do I have to give you my name?

No. Talk to Daisy without your name or your company — bring the problem and describe it however you like. With Rose you can walk through your process and your systems and still stay anonymous. Your identity only comes up once you have decided to commit and we start a file together.

What happens to what I tell you?

It becomes a case file that stays yours. We keep it as long as you want it kept, and if you ask us to delete it, we delete it. We are not farming data. We want long-term partners.

Do I have to start with a diagnosis?

No. Every path can be bought directly. If you already know you need training, take the training. A diagnosis is what we recommend when the need is not yet clear, because naming the right problem is cheaper than solving the wrong one.

Will I end up dependent on you?

No, and that is deliberate. We would rather teach you to fish. At first we may hold a fractional AI leadership seat you cannot yet justify hiring for. As your team learns, you should replace us with your own hire. That keeps the partnership occasional and project-specific, with your people carrying the work.

Who is this for?

Businesses that want AI to be useful without the fear and the jargon — whether you need an assessment, training, consulting, integration, or a custom build. We start from the situation in front of you.

What do I walk away with?

You leave knowing where you stand and what to do next. A paid review or scoped engagement is defined in writing before work starts, and the deliverable is something you can act on — a written assessment, a training outline, or a working build. Commercial terms live on the pricing page and in written scope.

What does it cost to start?

Pricing for training, reviews, and larger work is published openly, so you can read it before you talk to anyone. Start with a conversation, a training path, or a look at the work — whichever matches why you showed up.
